Shipping policy

Charges

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders!

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $29.99 per order. 

 

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours from when the order was placed.

Monday–Friday 10am–5pm.

 

Please allow 7–10 business days for production for any item that is not in stock.

 

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• FedEx
• USPS

 

Insurance

All items are fully insured by AYLA. We are responsible for the package until the customer signs for the package from the carrier.

 

Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
