What is your return policy

Once you receive you item, if you are unhappy please contact us to arrange a return and we will provide you with a complimentary returns label. We only accept returns within 5 days upon delivery of your package. We only accept returns on unworn items, returned in the original packaging. 

Can I return custom made/bespoke items?

Unfortunately, no. Since our bespoke and customized jewelry pieces are uniquely made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
