US Orders

For order over $200 we offer free complimentary shipping. For in-stock items, these will be shipped within 24-48 hours through a priority and insured service.

If an item is not in stock please allow one- three weeks for your item to be specially hand crafted. If more time is needed, our team will reach out after your order is placed with more a more specific delivery timeframe. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer than the allotted time window. A member of our sales team will contact you if the production time is longer than usual.

International Orders

We ship worldwide for $29.99. For international orders the price you see includes all shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees so there are no hidden costs or extra charges. 

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes- we love to meet our customers. You can arrange to collect your order from our New York, Miami or London locations. Please contact us to arrange this.
